We do not sell from this website
Nothing on this website is for sale. We do not take orders, take payment, or hold any customer account here. This is an information website.
Two Feet Four Paws products are sold on Amazon UK. If you buy one, your contract is formed on Amazon and is governed by Amazon’s terms and by the applicable consumer law. Cancellation, returns, refunds and repairs are handled through Amazon, not through this website.
Buying through Amazon does not reduce your statutory rights. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us if you have a problem with one of our products and we will help, even though the sale itself sits with Amazon.
Our guides are general information, not advice
Our buying guides, articles and downloadable checklists are written to help ordinary dog owners make sensible choices. They are general information about products and about dog ownership.
They are not veterinary advice, medical advice, behavioural advice or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for any of those. Every dog is different. What suits one dog may be entirely wrong for another.
If your dog is unwell, injured, in pain, or behaving in a way that worries you, contact a veterinary surgeon. In an emergency contact your vet or an out-of-hours emergency veterinary service immediately. Do not delay to read anything on this website.
Product suitability depends on your dog’s size, age, breed, coat, temperament and health. Always read the manufacturer’s instructions and any safety warnings supplied with a product, and supervise your dog when using anything new.
We take reasonable care to make sure our guides are accurate and current when published. We do not promise that every statement remains accurate, complete or up to date, because products, specifications and prices change constantly. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, and the law of that part may apply. If you are a consumer resident in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a business user, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
