What we collect
- Email address and first name, if you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Name, email address and message content, if you use the contact form.
- Basic, aggregated analytics data via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is measured without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
We do not take payments on this website, and we do not collect payment details.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with
- MailerLite, which stores subscriber details and delivers our email as our processor.
- Formspree, which delivers contact form messages to us.
- Cloudflare, which hosts and serves this website.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a record of the unsubscribe so we do not email you again. Contact form messages are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@2feetfourpaws.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets only the essential cookies needed to serve pages and to run the newsletter and contact forms. Our analytics is cookieless. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required. If we later add a tool that sets tracking cookies, we will update this section and add a consent banner.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
